This is a large pig farm in Thailand, covering an area of more than 40,000 square meters, and the planned number of breeding is close to 10,000. Project Details of HDPE Inground Pond Liners for Biogas Digester Project in Thailand
The customers who visited our website and contacted us. After communication, the customer sent his request to us. Let our company be fully responsible for his project, including construction design, provision of geomembrane materials and installation work. After the both of us confirmed, our business personnel, technicians and construction engineers came to the site together to conduct surveys and surveys to prepare for the design and construction of the next construction drawings. According to the local topography, groundwater level and other factors, our technicians and engineers jointly designed the construction plan and started construction. Because of the high groundwater level in the local area, shallow excavation and accumulation on the ground were adopted, so that most of the entire project was above the ground to prevent excessive groundwater gushing, resulting in bulging at the bottom, and reducing the difficulty of construction.
In the construction process, first level the ground, dig a trench for the exhaust pipe at the bottom, and place a perforated PE pipe to discharge ground gas and upwelling groundwater to prevent bulging at the bottom. Then, a layer of 400 gsm PET non-woven geotextile fabric was laid on the ground to protect the HDPE geomembrane inground pind liners and prevent sharp objects on the ground from damaging the HDPE geomembrane pond liner.
On the top of the geotextile, the HDPE geomembrane was formally laid. In this project, the customer chose a Virgin material HDPE geomembrane inground pond liner with a thickness of 1.5mm to ensure the quality of the project and the service life of the inspection post.
After the HDPE geomembrane pond liner is welded and confirmed that there are no leaks, some perforated PE pipes are placed on the HDPE geomembrane to discharge the waste residue generated at the bottom of the biogas digester.
Finally, a layer of HDPE geomembrane with a thickness of 1.5mm is covered on the top, and the sealing work is done. It has now been delivered for use.
