Vilsbiburg, Germany -- A healthy and motivated workforce plays a key role in Flottweg’s economic success. The ISO 45001 standard provides a framework to identify, to proactively minimize and to eliminate potential and existing risks within the workplace.
With the introduction of an occupational health and safety management system, Flottweg is raising health and safety awareness within the company. Preventive and protective measures, along with the active involvement of our employees, promotes the effectiveness of occupational health and safety management.
In order to continuously improve occupational health and safety management, the health and safety concept has been integrated into operational processes. Flottweg has now subjected these processes to an independent audit. Various areas of the company were examined and employees and managers were interviewed.
The result: Flottweg successfully underwent an audit and was awarded ISO 45001 certification.
