Introducing BioSTEP: a step up for small-diameter sewer systems

The BioSTEP can help solve this problem by providing land developers with innovative, “sewer-like” transfer and treatment options. An affordable, low-maintenance screened pumping system, the BioSTEP is designed to transfer screened liquids in numerous small-diameter collection applications to onsite wastewater treatment system.
After years of R&D testing and careful product packaging, the BioSTEP utilizes the patented 16” dia. SaniTEE screening component with the innovative, clean-in-place swab feature to protect the internal submerged pump and level sensing floats from any potential clogging. Each BioSTEP can accept a wide variety of submersible pumps, but the standard package consists of a robust effluent pump capable of passing ¾” solids. BioSTEP installs easily into most tank, manhole and riser configurations.
Builders and developers directly benefit from the use of BioSTEP in low-lying areas, hilly terrain and areas with poor soil conditions or other geological limitations.
