Introducing the new Wybone Sanitary Bin range
We’ve manufactured a new range of sanitary bins, adapted from our clinical waste sackholders. They’re available in three sizes, 28, 42 and 80 litres; the smaller units fit comfortably next to toilets, and our larger nappy bins are perfect for wash rooms.
Manufactured from galvanised steel, our units are powder coated in anti-bacterial coating to keep the sackholders hygienic. This special mix reduces the risk of bacteria spreading onto the surface of the bin when in use.
Our Sanitary Bins can be operated in two ways; a ‘lip’ forms the lid of the bin that has to be lifted by hand, or you could opt for a foot pedal operated sanitary bin that opens the modesty chute, which means you won’t need to have any contact with the bin.
The modesty chute ensures previous sanitary items that have been deposited can’t be seen. As with all Wybone sackholders, these sanitary bins are fire retardant and conform to HTM05-03 regulations.
What should be put in the Sanitary Bin?
They are to be used for the hygienic disposal of sanitary towels, tampons, feminine wipes, incontinence products and nappies.
Where should the Sanitary Bin be placed?
The Wybone Sanitary Bin range is ideal for personal environments; suitable for hospitals, GP practices, dental surgeries, schools, hotels, toilets and the workplace.
How should you clean your Sanitary Bin?
You can clean your Sanitary Bin using any standard anti-bacterial cleaning product. The smooth, wipe-clean surfaces and simple design of the bin reduce the risk of any harmful bacteria building up.
The full range of sanitary bins come complete with a yellow lid to signify clinical waste. Alternatively, for offices and shopping centres looking to incorporate a more stylish bin into their washroom environments, they can be powder coated in our full range of colours including silver, black, white and grey.
