Mountain View, CA – ESP, the California-based enterprise sustainability and EHS software provider, announced today that JELD-WEN, the world’s leading manufacturer of windows and doors, has selected its opsEnvironmental software for implementation in selected U.S. manufacturing operations. Expanding on a successful pilot program in which the system was deployed in one JELD-WEN facility, the web-based software will now be implemented throughout the company’s approximately fifty U.S. manufacturing facilities to track and manage tasks associated with environmental regulatory compliance.
“JELD-WEN is committed to responsible manufacturing, and strives to make sound, environmentally prudent choices in all our policies, methods and procedures,” said Dwayne Arino, Senior Environmental Manager at JELD-WEN. “Our decision to implement ESP’s opsEnvironmental is in line with this philosophy. We found during the pilot program that the system facilitates streamlined and effective environmental management and promotes proactive approaches to environmental task management. We look forward to its successful deployment in selected U.S. operations.”
David Cox, Vice President of Sales at ESP, said “We’ve appreciated the opportunity to work with JELD-WEN and to provide them with a solution which delivers significantly streamlined EHS compliance management. We’re thrilled to see them expanding their use of our software throughout their operations. There’s no better testament than this to the fact that opsEnvironmental brings time-savings and increased compliance assurance to companies that have complex EHS regulatory requirements. We look forward to continuing to help JELD-WEN meet their environmental data management needs as they expand the use of our system.”
ESP’s opsEnvironmental software is heavily deployed by Global 1000 companies around the world to support both internal sustainability goals and regulatory agency requirements. Its web-based design and flexible design render it ideal for companies with a large number of diverse EHS and sustainability management requirements.
