This was a major investment for the company and the sheer size of the units to be installed meant that IHDG had to be sure that their selected supplier had the technology and resources to complete the project on time and to the stringent specification.
LTG were the chosen supplier and the project is now complete and working to the satisfaction of the company and the local environmental authorities.
Each installation is capable of purifying 300,000 NM3/hr. of solvent laden air being exhausted from the wallpaper manufacturing processes. The air also contains some solid contaminants which can block the heat-exchanger beds so LTG have included a burn-out feature which can be used to clean out any building up in the system.
