Users are able to generate reports listing specimens scheduled for break testing for a given date and perform screen reviews of reports before you print them. Testing Summary Reports for QC-Concrete lists all specimens broken based on user specified selection criteria. Several standard report formats are included, and custom reports may be designed.
The flexibility of QC-Concrete allows you to utilize the supplied report formats or have custom reports designed by the helpful GEOSYSTEM technical support. Colour logos and colour text can be incorporated into these custom report templates. Failing tests may be shown in red and the break table can be set up to display alternating rows in different colours. The actual program itself is also customizable. Users may customize input screen arrangement, and individual users can set their own preferences such as colours, fonts, and screen layout, without affecting other users.
QC-Concrete lets you get specific with your data reporting. Specify the range of test slump, air content, concrete
temperature, air temperature, unit weight, time in mixer, water added, who sampled the specimen and the number of total specimens. The module will also specify the range of specimen weight, strength, percent of required strength, fracture type, who the specimen was tested by, area/exception and much more. You can also restrict to specific ages, list only certain projects, include certain specimens only for a specific mix or specify range of sample or placement Managing and reporting of concrete with GEOSYSTEM dates. The module also keeps record of all mixes for automatic referencing of the mix components.
QC-Concrete is equipped to import data and be easily connected. It is easier to import client data for your
new projects, as the program will automatically retrieve your client’s data from the QC-Concrete database
or external databases such as Access, Compact SQL, and Oracle databases. QC-Concrete also automatically merges break data from digital load display data acquisition instruments. It is compatible with GEOSYSTEM QC-Statistics for ACI 214, 301 and 318 statistics and performance reporting software. QCConcrete can create PDF format files without the addition of Adobe Acrobat.
Reports can be printed in PDF files for easy mailing or printed for each name on a distribution list with addresses
customized for use with windowed envelopes. All new GEOSYSTEM programs are also Vista compatible.
