Aquatech, October 31 – November 3, Amsterdam

Next month atg UV Technology will be heading to Aquatech, the world’s leading trade exhibition for process, drinking, and wastewater from 31 October – 3 November 2017 in Amsterdam.

A Leading Conference in Water and Wastewater

It’s a great opportunity to showcase some of the new DfMA skid-mounted packaged units which have applications in so many industries from food and beverage to offshore oil and gas and pharmaceuticals. On the stand, a fully mobile and skid-mounted unit will be displayed, based on a package recently deployed for emergency municipal drinking water supply to treat a Cryptosporidium incident.

It’s been an excellent year for atg UV Technology. Not just in terms of orders – although that’s shown a pleasing growth particularly in large-scale projects for industry and municipal water supply – but in recognition.

The company’s project with South Staffs Water at Seedy Mill in the UK won the Utility Week Stars Awards and was also shortlisted for the Partnership Initiative of the Year category of the prestigious Water Industry Achievement Awards, and for the West Midlands Construction Awards Partnership Initiative. atg UV also proudly won the ‘UK Export Excellence in Europe’ award, sponsored by Natwest Bank, so it really has been a fantastic year.

Whilst most of atg UV customers use the UV units for environmentally friendly, chemical-free disinfection, an increasing number are using the technology to remove residual chlorine prior to reverse osmosis and similar oxidation-sensitive processes. So, whilst atg UV can look back over the year with a degree of satisfaction, they are looking forward to some exciting new challenges.
