The Global Climate Adaptation Partnership (GCAP) is delighted that Michael Wilkins has agreed to speak at the Academy’s end of course dinner on the topic ‘How the ratings group assess risk and credit for adaptation related infrastructure projects and more’.
Michael Wilkins is a Managing Director in the Infrastructure Finance Ratings group of Standard & Poor’s Rating Service and also has responsibility for the firm’s global carbon and environmental finance sectors. He is also a member of the Climate Markets & Investment Association, the UK Government’s Capital Markets Climate Initiative, a board member of the World Economic Forum Green Growth Action Alliance and the Climate Bonds Initiative.
The Adaptation Academy Foundation Course runs from 12th - 30th August in partnership with the University of Oxford’s Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment. The Course focuses on professional skill development around practical climate change adaptation issues confronting professionals working in the CCA and DRM fields.
