Baioni Crushing Plants one of the world’s leading manufacturers of static and mobile crushing and screening equipment, has once more commissioned the full Baitrack mobile range series which includes the Baitrack BP, Baitrack FCS, Baiscreen, and the new Baicombitrack.
“In 2010, Baioni Crushing Plants moved into what we view as the next generation of mobile crushing and screening equipment. With the launch of Baitrack mobile range we are firmly positioning ourselves to meet the needs of the aggregates and recycling segments. The intuition of electric drive to the range gave us the characteristic of oness in the market” said Milena Bianchi, Head of Marketing&Communication office.
Baioni have recently delivered eight mobile tracked crushing and screening units to an Algerian company to help increase capacity across their busy operation; these units will be employed in road and urban construction and will be commissioned withing a few weeks. The multiple configurations to suit every purpose make mobile crushing and screening plants more adaptable, reliable and cost-effective than their static equipment.
Baitrack mobile range is specifically developed as complete crushing and screening plant, a modular system which operates equally efficiently handling abrasive rocks as well as mineral-based demolition material. The mobile crusher can accept an all-in feed from a primary jaw crusher BP 110/70 to produce up to 250 tph of aggregate or mineral. Using the FCS 91 cone crusher technology, operators benefit from hydraulic system, hydraulic crusher setting adjustment, excellent product shape and a high reduction ratio. Baiscreen is built around the vibrating screen W 500.150/3 with three decks; the fixed frame is equipped with special rubber pads which are specifically used to fully isolate the load-bearing structure from vibrations. Baiscreen comes with improved screening capacity suitable for aggregate production, quarried rock and road construction, and the new Baicombitrack built around the impact crusher MP 100 can guarantee a production of 250 tph.
Having established a great working relationship with Algerian aggregates producers, we are now supplying them on a regular basis both with new static crushing machines and with new mobile range to work with them to fulfil their requirements” - said Massimiliano Lucchetti, area Manager for the Maghreb Region. “We have been operating since the early eighties in many sites and quarries across Algeria, especially for a mix of hard rock, limestone and sand & gravel. We have had a couple of big contracts recently here with road construction projects”.
Easy to transport and quick to set-up, the Baioni mobile range are reliable machines that can deliver efficiency over long periods, stand up to demanding conditions and heavy usage. They have been designed to make transport operations easier while keeping the principle of compliance with safety and environmental standards unaltered. Particular attention has been focused on the design in order to ease the control and maintenance operations as well as the configuration for road transportation. Various optionals allow custom solutions suited to the needs of customers. As they are the only ones plants to be fully driven by electric motors, both for the unit motion and for the production, Baitrack range offers the following advantages over hydraulic versions: more energetic performance; lower operating costs; lower maintenance costs; reduced disposal of oil filters; lower environmental impact; smoother and more accurate drive. Since the launch in 2010, Baitrack range has created a great deal of interest throughout the world. Baioni Crushing Plants firmly believe this innovative product will make the brand known in the same manner as it was made ??famous in the world for static plants.
