Moleaer, the nanobubble generation specialist led by former NanoH2O executive Nick Dyner, has completed a Series A funding round led by Energy Innovation Capital, taking its fundraising total since January 2017 to more than $6 million.
The company’s patent-pending nanobubble generation units can dramatically lower energy consumption by increasing process efficiency in a variety of applications in water and wastewater treatment for municipal, industrial and agricultural customers.
“What makes our technology unique in the water and wastewater treatment industry is that our system is plug and play – the customer can rapidly deploy it with very low infrastructure costs, and it’s highly scaleable in that we’re not confined to a specific set of flow rates,” Dyner explained to GWI.
Moleaer intends to use the proceeds of the financing to increase its sales force and to expand its product line. It also plans to develop a service offering to complement system sales.
