0

The abstract submission deadline has been extended to Friday, October 29, 2010 for the National Environmental Health Association’s (NEHA) 2011 Annual Educational Conference (AEC) & Exhibition. Presenting at the NEHA AEC & Exhibition is your opportunity to share your expertise and impart knowledge that helps advance and motivate environmental health professionals and the environmental health industry.

Attendees come to the NEHA AEC & Exhibition seeking knowledge and information that is practical, can be implemented within their organizations, and results in solutions to the environmental health problems they are dealing with every day. Therefore, NEHA is seeking abstracts that bring the latest advances and unique responses to environmental health and protection problems. Abstracts that impart practical knowledge and provide solutions to environmental health problems will be given preference.

Simultaneous educational sessions are offered at the conference covering 20 different environmental health topics. NEHA offers two different types of educational programs at the conference—the Lecture Hall and the Learning Laboratory. For the Lecture Hall, applications for single or multiple speaker presentations are being accepted. For the Learning Laboratory, NEHA is accepting applications for hands-on demonstrations, tabletop exercises, panel discussions, poster presentations, roundtable discussions, and other types of interactive and innovative presentation formats.

The extended deadline for submission is October 29, 2010. For additional information and to submit your abstract online, visit http://www.neha.org/AEC/2011/abstracts/index.html.

The NEHA 75th AEC & Exhibition will be held June 18-20, 2011 in Columbus, Ohio.
