Jinkins has more than 16 years of experience in managing commercial design, build, and environmental remediation and demolition projects. He began his career as a Crew Supervisor at Carolina Asbestos Removal, Inc., a family-owned business in North Carolina. Later, he was Health Physics Engineer at Vanguard EMI, a full-service manufacturing and engineering company. His background includes such senior level positions as Senior Project Manager at DMD Services, Inc., and Chief Estimator/Project Manager as well as President of Castlerock Construction, Inc., the position he held prior to joining NCM.
