Phoenix, AZ, February 10th, 2019 -- Today, the IAQ Video Network and Cochrane & Associates announced the release of their latest educational video. Their newest production discusses the Dampness and Mold Assessment Tool for General Buildings from the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH).
“Late last year, NIOSH released an online resource meant to provide a mechanism to investigate, record and compare indoor conditions over time, as well help to prioritize remediation of problem areas in general buildings,” said Paul Cochrane, President of Cochrane and Associates and the IAQ Video Network. “As reported by the agency, exposures in damp buildings are complex, vary from building to building, and in different places within a building. We hope this new video helps to shed some light on this new tool offered to building owners, managers and the general public.”
This educational video was sponsored by a number of organizations and leading industry professionals that work to protect and enhance the public's health and safety. Sponsors include EMSL Analytical, LA Testing, Clark Seif Clark, Zimmetry Environmental and Healthy Indoors Magazine to name a few.
