Oil/Water separators for the electric utility

Source: Mercer International Inc.

Mercer International's Oil Water Separators are well known in the electric utility industry for their high-performance and versatile design features. They offer a full line of innovative rectangular and cylindrical units from 10 to 7,500 gpm, as well as existing system retrofits and API or concrete separator up-grades.

Mercer's Compliance Master separator features the Multi-Pack coalescer that allows field adjustment to obtain the highest possible efficiency with the lowest practical maintenance frequency for building & equipment drain sumps, stormwater: transformer areas & fuel farm dikes & spill control (SPCC) areas, process cooling flows/heat exchangers, cleaning & blow down, condensate, groundwater remediation and various wastewater applications.

They have worked successfully in removing hydrocarbons, including: #2, #4, #6, kerosene, RFO turbine/lubricating/hydraulic oils & grease, gasoline, mineral & transformer oil. Their separators are designed to handle even the heaviest suspended solids loading.
