Dr. Vasile Furdui from the Ontario Ministry of the Environment (MOE) presented the MOE’s findings on the PeCOD system for automated chemical oxygen demand (COD) analysis of Ontario’s surface waters. The venue was the Canadian Wastewater Management Conference, Hamilton Ontario through the Canadian Water and Wastewater Association (CWWA). It was the first presentation by an independent Government Environmental Authority using PeCOD for water quality testing.
