PEL are Making Headlines
Over the past number of weeks PEL is making headlines across local Mayo newspapers.
PEL would like to express our gratitude to our local newspapers for featuring us their headlines in recent weeks. The Western People newspaper published a recent article about our victory in winning the Public Sector Award for Innovation. This article spoke about PEL’s BriteBin Software Technology which is a cloud-based software solution that empowers councils, local authorities & private sector customers to cost-effectively manage their waste collections.
Most recently an article has also been published in the Connaught Telegraph. This piece also highlights our success in winning the award for innovation. The paper mentions our most recent BriteBinTM installations across county Mayo. Litter hotspots were identified across the towns of Westport and Castlebar. Mayo County Council took action to protect our counties environment. A fleet of bins have been installed. Both towns can look forward to lower carbon emissions, increased biodiversity and cleaner streets.
The team in PEL have been working extremely hard in across all departments to fulfil orders for our BriteBin Solar compacting bins. We have seen spike in demand for the product nationally and internationally. With outdoor dining, and activities becoming more prevalent this summer, the necessity for our streets to be equipped with the appropriate waste management resources has never been so important.
With the support of local and national newspapers, PEL aim to create headlines nationwide to highlight the benefits our BriteBin range of solar compacting bins can bring to every community. The integrated compaction system within the BriteBin Solar reduces litter collection costs by up to 10 times. Our products are proven to have a positive impact on the environment by lowering carbon emissions, reducing the volume of single use plastic and also enhancing communities over all look and well-being by creating a cleaner environment for everyone to enjoy.
