Invitation to the press conference

Just two weeks away, from 14 to 16 September 2016, international representatives of the battery recycling industry will be coming together in Antwerp for the ICBR, the International Congress for Battery Recycling 2016. Leading experts from the worlds of business, science and politics will again be discussing the latest trends, challenges and market opportunities in numerous talks and discussions. This year the focus is on challenges of the circular economy, effectiveness of the Batteries Directive, safety aspects in lithium batteries transport and presentations of different collection schemes. Apart from country reports from the EU, the USA and Australia, batteries for e-mobility will be a central theme. Not least, recycling processes optimization und trends in new recycling technologies will be in the limelight.

On the first day of the congress, we would like to give you an outline of the most important topics currently impacting the industry. We therefore cordially invite you to a press conference to be held
