The track-mounted double-deck screen offers two types of feeding: direct with a track-mounted RUBBLE MASTER high-performance crusher such as an RM70, RM80 or RM100 through its radio remote controlled hydraulic-folding hopper fitted with oversize grain mesh or with a digger or wheel loader.
The TS3600 is ready for action within 10 minutes. The crawler gear is radio-controlled and can be operated by one person – just like all RUBBLE MASTER Compact Recyclers. The large-area screen box with 2 equally sized decks ensures maximum efficiency. The angle can be adjusted hydraulically which is extremely useful in critical applications and with very fine material.
The exceptionally long discharge belts with likewise hydraulically-adjustable angles provide high material heaps. Maintenance accessibility from the ground and rapidly interchangeable screens ensure no time is lost between jobs.
Efficient solution for processing & recycling
The screen separates earth, sand and gravel to deliver high-quality defined grain sizes out of round grain. Additionally it separates construction debris with high amounts of soil and fine grain and also refines screenable waste building materials and broken brick and concrete. The maximum feed size is around 200 mm. Throughput capacity is up to 200 t/h, depending on the material. For transport purposes the side belts are moved into the transport position and, weighing just 15.5 tonnes and featuring unique, compact dimensions, the TS3600 is ready for transportation without the need for special permits.
The TS3600, distributed throughout German-speaking countries since the beginning of 2006, was officially released for the international market in the course of the 15-year anniversary celebrations of HMH / RUBBLE MASTER at the beginning of October in Linz. In the first demonstration in front of an international audience, mixed construction debris which had been crushed to 0/70 mm by the RM70, was loaded into the TS3600 by a wheel loader.
As a standalone screen the TS3600 produced 0/8 mm value grain from it to be used as cable sand or bedding material for piping. The 8/32 mm medium grain was used direct on-site as a side embankment in a road building activity set up especially for this purpose. The 32+ oversize grain can be used as filler material or as backfill for cellars.
