Separating plant for non-ferrous metals as add-on for existing large-scale plants...
One of our current projects involves a separating plant for non-ferrous metal granulate.
But first though, a short explanation:
A device which serves to grade solids is described as a separator. These solids may be separated based on defined criteria such as particle size, density or inertia. This is carried out by utilizing the property of the various sink rates of the different materials in an air flow.
To use this technique optimally the plant is integrated into an existing large-scale plant, below the feed conveyor head of a drum sieve.
This will in future enable the separation of various materials such as aluminum, copper, reduced electrical waste or other raw materials. The materials thus obtained as an end product are dust-free and without foreign materials, which in turn leads to them being significantly more valuable as resale commodities.
