02 Super-high pressure filter press
Super-high pressure filter press is a high-efficiency filter press equipment independently developed by Techase and Tongji University. It combines the advantages of low investment cost, high work efficiency, small footprint, good treatment effect, and low operation and maintenance costs. . Compared with normal filter press, super-high pressure filter press is higher pressure and more effective.

03 Sludge Low Temperature Drying Solution
The low-temperature sludge drying Machine is independently developed by Techase, The sludge produced by the sludge dewatering equipment such as the Multi-plate screw press and the Super-high Pressure Filter Press is injected into the circulating, warm and dry air to evaporate and take away the water in the sludge to achieve sludge reduction Purpose. The dried mud after drying treatment can be used for harmless resource disposal such as gasification, blending, composting or building material raw materials.

The sludge with 83% water content can be directly dried to 10%~30%, and the weight of the sludge can be reduced by more than 70%. There is no danger of dust explosion.

Domestic sewage treatment capacity is rapidly increasing. More than 50 million tons of sludge with 80% moisture content (excluding industrial sludge).
At present, there are generally two schemes for the final treatment of sludge: one is to use aerobic compost to achieve resource utilization of sludge, and another is to incinerate/pyrolyze and gasify sludge. However, due to the mixed pre-treatment methods of sludge, the treatment effect is unstable, which greatly affects the post-treatment of sludge and increases the post-treatment cost.
