Techase Attended 2020 China Industrial Water Conference
On 17th November, 2020, '2020 China Industrial Water Conference and the 40th Annual Conference' organized by Industrial Water Treatment Committee of China Chemical Industry Society was grandly opened at Hilton Hotel in Zhengzhou.
2020 is the closing year of the 'Water Decade' and a decisive year to win the battle against water pollution. As an important scientific and technological support, water treatment technology is the key to victory. Adhering to the concept of 'technology leadership, consensus building, and cooperative development', the conference focused on the fields of industrial water treatment, wastewater recycling, sludge treatment and disposal, and invited many well-known domestic water treatment experts and business representatives for academic exchanges, In-depth discussion of new technologies, new equipment and new applications in the field of industrial water treatment.
At the meeting, Dongwei He, the R&D manager of Techase, took the theme of 'Doing a Good Job in Technology Upgrades and Achieving Efficiency and Cost Reduction in Sludge Reduction' to bring everyone a unique technical exchange. 01 Techase Multi Plate Screw Press
1.Establish the finite element analysis model, adjust parameters based on sludge characteristics to achieve excellent performance.

02 Super-high Pressure Filter Press
1.Low moisture content (about 50%), stable sludge output effect, good site environment.
2.High pressure, up to 2.5~10Mpa, the filter press works more efficiently.
3.Metal filter frame and elastic medium, filter plate service life is more than 8 years, only need to replace the press cloth.
4.Small footprint, compared with membrane filter press, it can reduce the footprint by more than 30%.
5.Large filtration area, the effective filtration area of the filter plate can reach more than 85%.

03 Low Temperature Sludge Dryer
1.Dry sludge moisture content is about 30%(adjustable), sludge weight reduction up to more than 70%.
2.Multiple heat sources. Steam, waste flue gas, solar energy and other waste heat can be utilized, good compatibility.
3.Multi disk screw press + low temperature sludge dryer. Strong capability, low investment cost and good sludge production effect. Low investment cost, good sludge output effect.
4.High strength anticorrosive material, adopt first-line brand — Copeland compressor. Stable performance and long service life.
5.PLC + touch screen intelligent control, remote centralized control can be realized, manual guard is not needed.
6.Fully enclosed design, no odor leak, No need for deodorizer and smoke disposal, low operation cost.
