Techase attended 2021 China Urban Sludge Treatment Technology & Application Advanced Seminar
On 12th April 2021, an industry seminar with technology & green, innovation & practice was held in a charming and international city, Shanghai, and Shanghai Fuyue Hotel became the venue.
Recently, with the general development of sewage and sludge treatment, the amount of sludge has increased greatly. It is reported that most of the sludge hasn’t been treated properly in China. Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China has made clear requirements that green, environmental, recyclable, low-carbon should be adopted to technical route and proper technology craft to promote industrialization by resources and enhance the development of sludge treatment technology.
In order to raise the level of sludge treatment technology, know about the situation and trend at home and abroad, and achieve the requirement of harmless, reduction, stabilization, resources for sludge treatment, the advanced seminar held by China Water and Drainage and Techase has invited many distinguished industry specialists and company leaders to discuss about the implementation of sludge treatment and disposal standards, mature process and equipment operation experience, sludge treatment policies to build a platform about urban sludge treatment and disposal to make use of new technology, new craft and new equipment.

Sludge Reduction Stage 1: Techase Multi Plate Screw Press

Sludge Reduction Stage 3: Low Temperature Sludge Dryer
The sludge moisture content determines the sludge disposal technology and cost. The lower MC is, the more convenient the later recycling is. The sludge dryer adopts multiple heat sources including electricity, steam, and we have promoted new technology (“solar energy + waste heat multiple heat sources”) with high energy conversion efficiency, green to environment and low operation cost. The goal of energy conservation and emission reduction
could be achieved.
