The Clorox Company Foundation issues 2010 annual report
The Clorox Company Foundation has released its 2010 annual report, highlighting its fiscal year 2010 contribution of $3.5 million in cash grants primarily to support youth programs, K-12 education and cultural and civic organizations where the company conducts business in the U.S.

In addition to the foundation's distribution of cash grants, The Clorox Company has a history of providing cash and product donations to disaster relief efforts. In fiscal year 2010, the company made product donations valued at more than $8.8 million for clean up efforts after floods in Massachusetts and Tennessee, as well as for the needs of other nonprofit and charitable organizations. Included in the foundation's fiscal year 2010 contributions was a cash donation of $250,000 to the Red Cross and UNICEF for short- and long-term recovery efforts in Haiti, including the rebuilding of schools.
