The new POLYPACK® generation, for continuous and automatic preparation of polymers
With over 20 years experience in the design, manufacture and supply of polymer (flocculants) preparation systems, Milton Roy Europe is pleased to offer the new POLYPACK® AP+ series. The POLYPACK® AP+ is a 3-compartment tank unit aimed at continuously and automatically providing a polymer solution.

WHAT’S NEW
Thanks to the new POLYPACK® AP+ generation:
•The risk of polymer level sensor clogging is definitely wiped out,
•The polymer powder flow can be controlled with more accuracy,
•The polymer extraction flow rate gets even higher

Mainly two technical improvements made it possible:
•Ultrasonic polymer level detection: a polymer contact-free ultrasonic sensor is henceforth mounted in every POLYPACK ® AP+ generation unit
•Electrically controlled dry feeders: the manual handling of the dry feeder is now replaced by a duty cycle variation electrically controlled signal

MAIN APPLICATIONS
The use of polymers or flocculants helps efficiently separate the solid particles from the liquid under treatment in:
•Water treatment: flocculation of industrial and potable water
•Waste water treatment: physico-chemical treatment
•Sludge treatment: dewatering
•Paper industry
•Other industries amongst which chemical and petrochemical industries

MAIN TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
The POLYPACK® AP+ fully complies with the rigorous technical standards of the polymer handling industrial processes
In particular, the new Polypack® AP+ generation provides:
•a 3-compartment tank whose capacity ranges from 500 l to 12500 l
•2 different dry feeders - hoppers capacity 100 l and 200 l
•an extraction flow rate ranging from 430 l/h to 13400 l/h
•a polymer solution maturing time of 30 minutes to 2 hours
