Unquenchable Author Robert Glennon Featured in Black & Veatch Reuse Roundtable During WEFTEC
Dan McCarthy, President and CEO of Black & Veatch’s global water business, will host a Reuse Roundtable on October 12 in conjunction with WEFTEC®.09, the Water Environment Federation’s 82nd annual technical exhibition and conference in Orlando, Fla. Professor Robert Glennon, author of Unquenchable: America’s Water Crisis and What To Do About It, will moderate the brown-bag lunch event for media representatives. Leaders of major utilities from around the world will discuss how to overcome the barriers to implementing reuse as part of an integrated water portfolio.
In addition, Water practice and technology leaders and other professionals from Black & Veatch are participating in 56 technical sessions and workshops October 10-14. Technical sessions that Black & Veatch professionals helped develop and/or will present or moderate include such diverse topics as:
