VACUDEST improves cleaning quality through efficient wastewater treatment
Stuttgart/Steinen, Germany -- Customers are placing higher and higher demands on consistent cleanliness and low costs for part cleaning – processes need to be ever cleaner, better and more cost-efficient. To respond to these demands, H2O GmbH, which is based in Steinen, Germany, has developed efficient solutions that simultaneously improve rinsing water quality and reduce costs; chief among these solutions is the VACUDEST vacuum evaporator, which treats used rinsing water.
H2O GmbH will explain how this device works in Hall 7, Booth C08 at the O&S and parts2clean trade fairs. These leading international trade fairs for surface technology and cleaning will be held in Stuttgart from 31 May to 2 June.
Unlike conventional evaporators, the VACUDEST system treats used rinsing water until it is crystal clear. Patented Clearcat technology leaves the treated water virtually free from oils, and therefore ideally suitable for recycling in the rinsing process.
The company will be holding two lectures on this technology for interested parties. H2O GmbH’s experts in zero liquid discharge production will address the topics of ‘Recycling process waters from industrial part cleaning’ (parts2clean, 31 May, 2 to 2:30 pm) and ‘Wastewater-free electroplating’ (O&S, 1 June, 11:55 am to 12:20 pm).
