UAS’ proprietary ProTura nanofiber filter technology is scientifically proven to achieve higher efficiency, cleaner air, lower pressure drop, longer filter life and greater energy savings than any other media used in cartridge filters. ProTura nanofiber rated MERV 15 is up to 50% more efficient on submicron sized particles than ordinary nanofiber rated MERV 13.

ProTura nanofiber filters feature an ultra-thin surface layer of synthetic fibers which provides excellent surface-loading capabilities. Due to the surface-loading properties, these filters keep your dust collectors running more efficiently and energy smart. The extremely fine web-like fibers prevent dust from loading into the depth of the media which significantly improves release of dust during pulse cleaning, resulting in fewer, more effective cleaning cycles. Less cleaning results in double the filter life and half the filter replacement costs for significant operational savings.
