Los Angeles, CA - 12 June 2012 -- HM Digital - an original equipment manufacturer recognized worldwide for providing the best value in water testing instrumentation, especially the increasingly popular TDS meter – is pleased to announce an agreement with Zero Technologies, LLC to be the sole provider of electronic digital TDS meters used in their ZeroWater premium filtration pitchers and devices to prove their products performance at removing all measurable dissolved solids.  Zero Technologies – developers of the only dual ion exchange tap water filtration pitchers and dispensers, and the only pitcher filter to receive NSF International’s certification for lead reduction, recognizes HM Digital as being an industry leader in precision measurement devices for water quality and will continue to include their handheld Total Dissolve Solids meters in their various pitcher and dispensers.

”HM Digital is very pleased to be selected by Zero Technologies as the sole provider of TDS meters.  Quality drinking water is an ever-important need and our partnership with Zero brings the combination of quality filtration and quality testing to the consumer,” said Charles Lee of HM Digital, Inc.

“We’ve chosen the HM Digital TDS meter to include with our filtration products because we can trust their quality…when it reads 000, we know it’s really Zero dissolved solids.  HM Digital is an industry leader” noted Doug Kellam of Zero Technologies, LLC.

HM Digital’s basic TDS meter, the ZT-2, will serve a multi-faceted role as it accompanies ZeroWater containers to market. Primarily the ZT-2 will serve as verification to ZeroWater a customer’s filter is delivering 000 parts per millions of dissolved solids after filtration.  ZeroWater customers will also enjoy testing the TDS levels of other various water sources, such as tap water and various bottled water brands. The ZT-2 HM Digital TDS meter will continue to play an important role with ZeroWater and their customer in search of water virtually free of all dissolved solids.

ZeroWater uses a patented five-level dual ion exchange and carbon filtration process to filter water. It is the only pitcher on the market that combines activated carbon and dual ion exchange technologies to eliminate virtually all dissolved solids in tap water, making it the only filter pitcher that meets the Food and Drug Administration’s requirement for dissolved solids in purified bottled water.
