UK and China sign deal to advance low carbon co-operation
Chris Huhnen and Li Keqiang sign agreement to promote low-carbon knowledge sharing between the UK and the low carbon pilot provinces. The UK signed yesterday an agreement with China in an attempt to accelerate low carbon growth in both countries through the exchange of clean technologies, expertise and policy.
