Hitema coaxial evaporator is characterized by compact design, it consists in a convoluted tube in tube exchanger (outer tube in carbon steel, inner tubes in copper) installed inside the water storage tank, the evaporator cools the process fluid that flows in countercurrent with the refrigerant fluid evaporating inside the copper tubes. Air-cooled liquid chillers with axial fans cooling capacity range 1,6kw ÷ 440kw.
