Upgraded PRD PM1703xx-II Series have improved CsI(Tl) detector characteristics and fully comply with ANSI N42.32-2016. The extended measurement range is enabled by the installed new CsI(Tl) detector with a semiconductor photomultiplier (SiPM). Instruments of PM1703xx-II Series were successfully tested in ORNL.  PM1703GNA-II BT is a gamma-neutron PRD, which has such competitive features as high sensitivity, compact size, user-friendly interface, low-energy operation, waterproof and shockproof case, bluetooth radio channel.
