US confirms delays to EPA emission crackdown
The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has confirmed that it will phase in new rules governing greenhouse gas emissions from power stations and industrial facilities in a move designed to give carbon intensive businesses more time to prepare for the controversial legislation.
