BP demands Halliburton covers Gulf oil spill costs
The legal battle to establish blame for the 2010 Gulf of Mexico oil spill took another twist today, after BP launched fresh action against contractor Halliburton, demanding that the engineering giant cover all the costs BP incurred as a result of the catastrophe.
