Japan to fund ice wall to stop reactor leaks
The Japanese government announced Tuesday that it is funding a costly, untested subterranean ice wall in a desperate step to stop leaks of radioactive water from the crippled Fukushima nuclear plant after repeated failures by the plant`s operator. ABA Publishes `The RCRA Practice Manual,` with Chapter on Hazardous Waste Co-Authored by Lynn L. Bergeson and Christopher R. Bryant
The American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Environment, Energy and Resources has published the third edition of "The RCRA Practice Manual."
