No complacency on health and safety as winter approaches and ODA hits milestone
The Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA) has reinforced its commitment to maintain a first-class health and safety record, as the construction project enters the tough winter months.
The performance in October means that the Olympic Park construction project has now achieved 15 sets of a million working hours without a reportable accident since the ODA gained possession of the site in the summer of 2007.

EPA works with U.S. customs and border protection to enforce the clean air act
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) are collaborating to ensure that all imported vehicles and engines comply with the Clean Air Act requirements. In the past year, more than $6.5 million worth of vehicles including motorcycles, dirt bikes, tractors, and generators were imported into the U.S. and found to be in violation of the Clean Air Act, according to EPA records.
