Safe maintenance goes to top of the agenda in European week
Safe maintenance will be the focus of this year’s European Week for Safety and Health at Work which starts on Monday as hundreds of conferences, exhibitions, and training sessions - organised by the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA) and its partners - are held in more than 30 countries across Europe. OSHA Proposes Interpretations of Its Provisions for Feasible Administrative or Engineering Controls of Occupational Noise
On October 19, 2010, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) proposed to alter significantly its interpretation of the term "feasible administrative or engineering controls" as that term is used in the applicable sections of OSHA`s General Industry and Construction Occupational Noise Exposure standards. 75 Fed.
