California approves tough new green building code
California has again underlined its status as a pioneer of green legislation, mandating tough new building rules that will require all new buildings in the State to comply with demanding environmental and energy efficiency standards by January 2011. Shell faces oil sand trial at AGM
A collection of investors are planning to take Shell to task at its annual general meeting in May over its investment in the Canadian tar sands.
