Frack water spill in blowout
Chesapeake Energy said it replaced a damaged wellhead and gained control of a Pennsylvania natural gas well which last week suffered a blowout. Thousands of gallons of contaminated frack water spilled from a natural gas well near Canton, a home was destroyed and two residents were injured. The contaminated water got into a nearby stream before crews could stop the leak.
