Utilities to discuss water, energy and climate
The IWWA/IWA Utility Leaders Forum (ULF) will premier at Aquatech India 2010. The forum provides a platform for CEO`s of water utilities to come together to share the latest trends and emerging issues on current topics such as linkages between water, energy and climate and their impact on water service delivery across the globe. The ULF takes place on 4th February 2010 at the Pragati Maidan Exhibition Centre in New Delhi. Climbers begin ascent of Mt. Kilimanjaro to raise awareness about need for clean drinking water
After months of training and preparation, the SUMMIT ON THE SUMMIT has begun: Kilimanjaro climbers will begin their highly-anticipated ascent of Africa`s tallest (19,340-ft) mountain - Mt. Kilimanjaro. The reason? To raise awareness about the need for clean drinking water, as well as funds for clean water programs in the developing world.
