EVALED™ MVR as a solution for waste oil emulsion collectors
 

A company specialized in collection, treatment and recycling of waste oils and emulsions, had recently chosen the EVALED™ RV C falling film Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVR) evaporator in order to reduce their wastewater volume and disposal costs. Evaled™ RV C represents the best choice thanks to its extremely low energy consumption per ton of waste to treat (lower than 30kWh/ton) With a capacity of 200 ton/day, the MVR is a mobile unit made up of package modules with an automatic mechanical cleaning system. The distillation yield is of 80%. The concentrate coming from the evaporator is used as fuel for the production of electrical power within a thermovalorization plant.
