Therma-Flite Inc.

Therma-Flite has designed the Therma-Flite IC series “BIO-SCRU” biosolids dehydration systems with design criteria to concentrate on the needs of small and medium size municipality, to keep operator attention and maintenance cost at a minimum. Therma-Flite IC sludge dryer system is an automated design; all operating parameters are under the control of the PLC system. This automated process operates continuously, without operator attention. Therma-Flite Bio-Scru Dryers achieve an average ratio of Better then 5 to 1 volume and weight reduction while exceeding the requirements for EPA Class A material production. With limited landfill capacities and the high cost of tipping fees and transportation, simply getting rid of sludge is costly. The Bio-Scru process far surpasses the requirements set for Class A material set by the EPA 40 CFR part 503.
