The Jacarta Alert Centre Global facility is a subscription-based service that works in conjunction with Jacarta environmental monitoring devices to provide automatic alarm notification via telephone voice, SMS and email to up to 6 recipients. Alert Centre employs and escalation process so personnel can be contacted in-turn, rather than all at the same time. This system helps to maximise operational efficiency and minimise confusion. As well as providing temperature, humidity, water leak, power, security and smoke alerts, Alert Centre Global can also be used to trigger voice and text alerts from uninterruptible power supplies, generators, air-conditioning equipment, and other facility-critical systems.
