Logis-Tech - Model ADU - Air Dehydration Units
From Humidity Control
Air Dehydration Units (ADUs) provide a stable relative humidity (RH) in and around critical systems and components, thereby eliminating the problems associated with moisture-induced corrosion. LOGIS-TECH (LTi) offers a complete line of ADUs with capacities from 50-40,000 standard cubic feet per minute. Each machine utilizes self-rejuvenating desiccant wheel technology and is equipped with an industrial grade humidistat for precise RH control. Electric, gas, or steam regeneration systems are available. Specialized ADU's can be engineered to meet stringent requirements for use on aircraft on the flight line and for deployable on-demand requirements.
The Heart of Dehumidification and Humidity Control:
At the heart of any controlled humidity process is the Air Dehydration Unit(ADU). The ADU provides for a stable relative humidity (RH) environment in and around critical systems, components and processes. This engineered and controlled environment reduces or altogether eliminates problems associated with moisture-induced corrosion, rot, mold and mildew, and fluctuations in batch process yields and quality.
In occupied spaces, ADUs can provide more comfortable and hygienic environments, while reducing energy costs when compared against the energy consumption of HVAC based air drying methods.
Logis-Tech, inc. (LTi) offers a complete line of Desiccant Dehumidifiers and Refrigerant Dehumidifiers with capacities from 50 scfm to 40,000 scfm plus and from Commercial to Military Specification grade hardware. Logis-Tech's strength lies in our wide offering of Dehumidification Products and Environment Stabilization Systems (ESS®)and True Climate Control™ (TCC™)solutions that are not limited to one Dehumidification Technology or Vendor. We are not just system integrators, but system innovators, working with many of our manufactures and suppliers to improve their products and provide you, the customer with superior dehumidification solutions.
No two customers are alike, no two dehumidification requirements are the same, yet many companies will sell you off-the-shelf solutions without looking at the bigger picture.
The solutions that Logis-Tech provide addressing your issues are tailored to your unique situation and the best products are selected and presented. Most 'DH Experts' will simply ask budget, cubic footage and energy-type and availability, they overlook or fail to take into account other critical factors that may effect your RH Control Requirement, items like:
- Building Construction Materials and Sealing
- Number and Types of Doors
- Level of User Activity
- Geographical Location
- Activity at the location That May Generate or Reduce RH
- What is Stored in the Controlled Area
- Customer Goals of DH
- And Many Others Unique to YOUR situation
