AquaMaster conforms to the latest international standards to meet increasing legislative demands for accurate flow metering. Its wide measuring range ensures peak daytime flows are accurately recorded and its exceptional low flow performance aids network leak detection. Fit and flow for foolproof installation, all data is stored in the sensor to reduce on-site setup. AquaMaster's unique sensor design conditions the flow profile resulting in excellent meter performance in poor hydraulic installation conditions.

AquaMaster 3 is a new design of mains with back-up, renewable energy (solar / wind) or battery-powered transmitter for the AquaMaster range of flowmeters. It has a stainless steel housing with a thermoplastic outer and the assembly is then sealed-for-life to IP 68, as standard.
AquaMaster 3 is available with a number of battery power options. An external Manganese Alkaline battery pack with a temperature range 0ºC to 45 ºC (32 to 113 ºF) and a typical 5 year battery life OR a Lithium battery option for high temperature applications above 45 ºC and where 10 year battery life is essential. The battery can be changed-out without loss of logger contents, using a capacitor to sustain the logger. Plug & socket connections are used for all inputs & outputs.
In the mains-power mode, the super capacitor technology maintains continuous measurement and alarms reporting via SMS for up to five days in the event of a power failure.
The renewable energy (solar / wind) power option utilizes a simple DC (6-21V) connection from units as small as a 5W solar panel / wind generator. Renewable power sources provide continuous access to GSM communication when renewable power is generated. The rechargeable super capacitor can power the transmitter at night or during an interruption in power for up to 3 weeks (depending on operating conditions). GSM communications will revert to powering up once a day to conserve energy.
