We offer a complete line of hygienically designed process measurement devices which are perfectly suited for use in food, dairy, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. AYSIX sanitary sensors carry the 3-A mark and are designed and manufactured to meet the requirements of 3-A Sanitary Standards for Sensors and Sensors Fittings and Connections Number 74-03.

The sanitary sensors are easily installed into a “tee”, “cross”, or directly into a sanitary tube and feature all stainless steel construction. All popular sanitary connection styles available. Wetted surfaces are machined and polished to meet 3-A standards and are free of pits and crevices that might shelter bacteria or impurities. Assemblies are hermetically sealed and built to withstand industrial washdowns.

The sanitary sensors contain an encapsulated platinum RTD Class A element providing high accuracy, repeatability and vibration resistance. Assemblies are available with a variety of electrical connections and connection heads ( including stainless steel, polypropylene and Bakelite ) for easy wiring. A wide variety of options are available, including dual elements and reduced tips which improve time response without compromising the mechanical strength of the sensor. MIST™ Series Sanitary Sensors have an integrated transmitter with a variety of output options such as 4-20 mA loop powered or 3 wire voltage output with 0-5 VDC, 1-5 VDC and 0-10 VDC options.
