Brown Power

Brown Power is an organic soil conditioner based on „Leonardite“ and affects as natural chelator. Main ingredients of the granulate are 1/4 of immediately available nutrient humus and 3/4 of high-quality permanent humus.

Leonardite is a natural raw material containing a high content of humic matter (humic acids and fulvic acid ). These are formed in specific sedimentation layers of soft brown coal.

The most outstanding benefits of  Brown Power as soil conditioner with demonstrable positive impacts on plant growth and health as well as on resistance against stress factors (dryness, salt and pesticides) result from its high cation-exchange and pH-buffering capacity as also from its high water holding capacity. It is very active and is easily absorbed by the root. The high carbon content stimulates beneficial soil organisims. Due to these excellent properties,Brown Power can be applied on all types of soils and for all plants to stimulate plant growth and increase yields.

  • Improves structure, friability and aeration of soil
  • Optimizes use of soil water by plants
  • Increases soil cation exchange capacity
  • Improves soil buffering capacity
  • Reduces soil erosion
  • Helps neutralize toxins and tie up heavy metals in the soil
  • Reduces nutrient losses
  • Neutralizes pH-value to 7
  • Increases microbiological activity of soil
  • Stimulates plant growth, plant enzymes and cell division in plants and bacteria
  • Increases biomass production and plant membrane permeability
  • Increases yield and quality
  • Promotes root respiration and development, especially vertically (better use of soil humidity)
  • Improves nutrient uptake through the root system
  • Acts as an organic catalyst
