Purifilter - Model Plus M - Ceramic Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF)
From Exhaust Control Systems - Purifilter
Purifilter Plus M Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) uses electric elements in combination with a passively regenerating Purifilter DPF. While the engine is running, the catalyst coating in the Purifilter DPF allows for oxidation of accumulated soot. When parked, the unit can be plugged into an off-board electric panel, heating the DPF and completing passive regeneration. Connections to the ECM or fuel sources are not required, ensuring the Purifilter family of DPF's do no interfere with the engine. By incorporating electric elements in the Purifilter Plus, the DPF can be conveniently regenerated in place, reducing cost and maximizing uptime.
Products Details
Backed by 30+ years of experience, our engineering team can work with you to provide the most cost effective solution to meet your requirements. Catalysts can be specially formulated to meet specific emissions requirements. Finished systems can also be built application specific, allowing for a seamless installation.
Quality and ExperienceWith several ISO Certifications, CDTi holds OEM level quality process as a standard. Though a robust quality inspection regime, each catalyst and system built with precision and repeatability.
Advanced Catalytic FormulationsCDTi's finely tuned catalyst coatings provide excellent regeneration capabilities, across a wide temperature range using the most cost effective materials. Proprietary formulations such as the Mixed Phase Catalyst (MPC®) technology, in coordination with an upstream Diesel Oxidation Catalyst, use base metals for passive regeneration, without the need for costly Platinum Group Metals (PGM).
