Disab RoRoVAC - Model SEL - Semi-Mobile Electrical Powered Vacloader
This is a semi-mobile electrical powered vacloader mounted onto a roll-on/roll-off frame. It can operate on the truck chassis or at ground level. It is perfect for handling both wet and dry materials and most often used in industrial applications where collection of dust is required i.e. cleaning out deep pits, trenches, becket elevators, and conveyor spills etc.

The SEL Units are complete electrical vacuum loaders that are mounted onto a ro-/ro-frame. Dry material and even liquids can be handled by the units. Together with a fixed pipe system it can operate as a perfect central vacuum unit for industrial applications and also operate as an independent vacuum loader with a 5” hose.

Within many heavy industries there are often long distances between buildings for raw material handling, production and packing. The SEL is then a suitable choice, as it is easy to move between different work areas. The high suction capacity together with the large hopper, all placed onto a ro-/roframe, makes the whole unit easy to handle and transport. The unit is operational as soon a pipe/hose and power are connected.
Discharge of sucked material is easily done through the large tailgate when the unit is tilted.
The vacuumed material is first separated in a special designed fall chamber with a wear proof pre-separator inlet. In this section the heavier particles fall to the bottom of the container. The air will be lead to the main filter section where any remaining fine dust will be separated. From the filter section the air passes a safety filter before entering the vacuum pump and a silencer before exhaust.
The well insulated motor compartment reduces the noise level considerably. An unloading valve is placed between the main filter system and the vacuum pump. The vacuum will immediately be equalised when the valve is opened and the main filters will be cleaned. This prevents counter-rotation of the engine as well as less power consumption at start. The valve is also activated by safety control functions.
All functions are seen at the dust-tight control panel and control lamps indicates the operational status of the unit.
For use in any industrial application where collection of dust is required i.e. clean out; deep pits, trenches, bucket elevators, conveyor spills, overhead cranes and runaways, dust collectors, processing machine spillage etc. The unit is specially suitable where bulky or sticky material shall be collected due to it’s convenient discharging.
