The EPSILON RTO from MEGTEC is a modularized multi-canister oxidiser offering a highly flexible design that makes it appropriate for many applications. RTOs are proven to be thermally efficient volatile organic compound (VOC) emission control systems. The EPSILON RTO features an innovative compact design that is engineered to deliver low operating and capital costs, and guaranteed VOC destruction efficiencies.

  • Autotherm Operation: 1 to 2 g/NM3/h or lower

RTOs are proven to be thermally efficient volatile organic compound (VOC) emission control systems. The EPSILON RTO features an innovative compact design that is engineered to deliver low operating and capital costs, and guaranteed VOC destruction efficiencies.

Each EPSILON RTO system features structured ceramic heat exchange media as the integrated inlet and outlet air channels combined with the B&W MEGTEC patented low-leakage poppet dampers to create superior system performance.

The MEG Control PLC monitors and controls the temperature in the heat exchanger beds and combustion chamber via multiple thermocouples located in the system. This helps to allow cost-effective operation and a long production life.

The MEG Save system minimizes energy usage and is a standard feature for most applications.
